In a highly anticipated event, Xiaomi has officially revealed the price of its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, in China.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is packed with cutting-edge technology, including a 6.81-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 888 processor, and up to 16GB of RAM. It also boasts a triple-camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.

Xiaomi has priced the base variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, which comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, at 4,999 yuan (approximately $775 USD). The higher-end variant, with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, will be priced at 6,499 yuan (approximately $975 USD), and last but not least 16 GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, will be priced at 7,299 yuan (approximately $1058 USD).
These prices put the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in direct competition with other high-end smartphones in the Chinese market, such as the iPhone 13 and the Samsung Galaxy S22. Xiaomi’s aggressive pricing strategy is aimed at capturing market share and solidifying its position as one of the leading smartphone manufacturers in China.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be available for pre-order starting today, and will go on sale on May 1st in China. There is no word yet on when the phone will be available in other markets.
