Realme has revealed that it sold over 100,000 pieces of the Realme C55 in the first five hours of its sale in India yesterday. The firm also revealed that the Realme C55 has gotten over 66k pre-orders, the most for a C-series smartphone to date.
In India, the Realme C55 is offered in Rainy Night and Sunshower colours with three memory options: 4GB/64GB, 6GB/64GB, and 8GB/128GB. These three memory choices are priced at INR10,999 ($135/€125), INR11,999 ($145/€135), and INR13,999 ($170/€155), respectively.
The Helio G88 SoC is at the heart of the Realme C55, which is constructed around a 6.72″ FullHD+ 90Hz LCD. It ships with the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 and three cameras: a 64MP main camera, a 2MP depth camera, and an 8MP face camera.
The C55 is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 33W charging, which is a first for a Realme C-series smartphone. The Realme C55 also has a Mini Capsule, which is a first for any Realme smartphone. It presently only displays the battery state, but with an OTA update, it will gain more features.
