The vivo X Fold2 will be available next month, and company executives unveiled the gadget today as part of the company’s involvement in the Boao Forum.
The new foldable will be red and feature a spherical camera island with three shooters and one LED light.
The vivo X Fold2 maintains the same general aesthetic as the company’s first two foldables, but rumours indicate that it will weigh much less than their combined 311g. Early accounts claim that it will also be thinner, but we are unable to physically verify this by examining these angled photos.
The entire trio of cameras features a primary 50MP shooter with a Sony IMX866 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS, and V2 ISP that was taken from the Vivo X90. According to reports, the other two cameras have 12MP Sony IMX663 sensors.
The internal display is anticipated to be a Samsung E6 AMOLED with a 1440p resolution and a frame rate of up to 120Hz. The power key is a regular button, not a sensor, as one leaker claimed both panels will have two UD fingerprint readers, one on each screen. These photos confirm this.
